Welcome Message From Nancy

Team Mind Strong Athlete is the only contest prep team that prepares both your body AND your mind! There are three levels of inclusion to choose from. Chose the bronze level if you already have a contest prep coach and you want to utilize the Mental Skills Resource Center. Select the Silver level if you are a veteran competitor and want contest prep but you don’t need extensive phone conversations. Choose the Gold level for full access to the Mental Skills Resource Center as well as a customized training and nutrition program with weekly one hour coaching calls.

I utilize a combination of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Strategies, as well as Sport Psychology, to help you cultivate the champion mindset you are envisioning.

SILVER:
Includes access to Team Mind Strong Athlete Private Community, including the website private resource area as well as the private Facebook group. Includes personalized coaching program with weekly 15 minute coaching sessions, custom training and nutrition plan.

GOLD:
Includes access to Team Mind Strong Athlete Private Community, including the website private resource area as well as the private Facebook group. Includes personalized coaching program with weekly 1 hour coaching sessions either for mental coaching, contest prep, or transformation. For contest prep and transformation, includes custom nutrition and training plan.
